１月10日に久武館道場恒例の鏡開きの儀が行われました。
恒例の善哉でしたが、今年の道場繁栄と門下生の健康を祈りながらおいしく食べました。
今年も多くの神社で奉納演武や武道大会の予定があるため、剣術以外にも短刀術や棒術の稽古もしています。
伝承形だけではなく武道神事など多くのことを学ばなければいけないので大変ですが、和気藹々一生懸命頑張っています。
今年が道場にとって素晴らしい年になりますように門下生一同頑張っていきます。
また大麻比古神社の社報に11月の演武のことが掲載されました。
On January 10th, the traditional Kagami Biraki ceremony was held at the Kyubukan Dojo.
As is customary, we enjoyed zenzai sweet red bean soup, praying for the dojo’s prosperity and the health of its students.
With many scheduled dedication demonstrations and martial arts tournaments at various shrines this year, we are training not only in swordsmanship but also in short sword and staff techniques.
It’s demanding because we must learn not only traditional forms but also many aspects like martial arts rituals, yet we are working hard in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
All students will strive to make this a wonderful year for the dojo.
