3月15日に大阪府堺市の和泉国一之宮大鳥大社でNPO法人徳島県古武道協会主催日本武尊増祀祭古武道演武大会に参加いたします。
徳島に安土桃山時代に伝えられた阿州柳生神影流兵法剣術、阿州柳生神影流武道神事を演武致します。
大鳥大社は10月の第１土曜日の鳳だんじり祭が有名ですが日本武尊を祀る全国の大鳥神社および大鳥信仰の総本社という別の顔を持っており武道信仰の厚い名社です。
私どもの久武館道場は、明治38年に設立され現存する武道場では四国一の歴史を持つ剣術道場です。
また当日は大相撲大阪場所で若隆景などが属している荒汐部屋が寄宿しているため賑やかな祭典になると思います。
On March 15th, we will participate in the Yamato Takeru Enshrinement Ceremony and Ancient Martial Arts Demonstration Tournament hosted by the NPO Tokushima Prefecture Ancient Martial Arts Association at Izumi Province’s First Shrine, Ōtorii Grand Shrine in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.
We will demonstrate the Ashū Yagyū Shinkage-ryū martial arts sword techniques and Ashū Yagyū Shinkage-ryū martial arts rituals, which were transmitted to Tokushima during the Azuchi-Momoyama period.
Ōtorijinja Shrine is famous for its Hōdanjiri Festival held on the first Saturday of October, but it also serves as the head shrine for all Ōtorijinja shrines nationwide and the Ōtorijinja faith, making it a renowned shrine deeply connected to martial arts devotion.
Our Kyubukan Dojo, established in 1905, is the oldest existing kendo dojo in Shikoku.
Furthermore, on the day of the event, the Arahashi stable, to which wrestlers like Wakaryukage belong, will be staying at the venue for the Osaka Grand Sumo Tournament, so we expect it to be a lively festival.
